One of our goals for ACTS is to be of Service to our parish, community and Catholic Faith.  SCB is missioning the ACTS Retreat on behalf of ACTS Missions in San Antonio to other parishes in the Archdiocese of New Orleans. So far, we have over eight (8) parishes to add members to this movement of our Faith! Over 500 people have attended one of these retreats in our Archdiocese and are now active within their parishes in all ministries!

The ACTS Retreat, an acronym for Adoration, Community, Theology, and Service, began in the 1980’s in San Antonio, TX. Presented by lay Catholics with the support of a Spiritual Companion and Clergy, the goals are to strengthen our faith, renew ourselves spiritually, and to build community within our church parish.  SCB has been part of ACTS since 2016.
